Still Standing By

Like many of you, we here at MLT are, unfortunately, standing by.

We have many, many years of cooperation and integration with the City of Markham, performing countless times in the wonderful Flato Markham Theatre, and, more recently, in our “Backstage” building on the Markham Museum Grounds.

But a side effect of this wonderful, integrated relationship, is that, since we’re located on City of Markham property, we follow the guidance and health and safety provisions set out by the City. Many (most?) City facilities are still closed to the public and, in particular, the Markham Museum is currently closed.

We are hopeful that a Museum re-opening is not too far away, and that along with that, we will be able to make plans to welcome you to join us at Backstage, in a safe and responsible manner.

So, stand by, stay tuned, and all of us at MLT look forward to seeing you “soon”.

Donate to Markham Little Theatre

It’s a challenging time for all theatre companies, big and small, and if you wish to (and are able to) make a donation in support of Markham Little Theatre and community theatre in Markham, we now have a secure online donation page (using the services of CanadaHelps.org).

Donate to MLT

Thank you for your support, and we hope to see you as soon as possible!

MLT is Still Here, and We Miss You All!

We are still here, doing what we can in these crazy times. We’re working hard behind the scenes to make sure, when it’s time, that we’ll be ready to get back doing what we love.

We miss you all, audience, supporters, and volunteers, hope you are keeping safe and are as unaffected as possible by 2020’s challenges, and hope to see you as soon as possible.
